Our Students Training program is noted for its No Nonsense! No frills! Karate training. In our karate classes, you'll be training with pure and authentic form of karate and other arts such as Aikido, Judo, Iaido Kobudo and Grappling are incorporated in the karate program making our students more versatile in different situations. Weapons and weapons defenses are also taught. We guarantee that if you train consistently, you will get into the best shape of your life and have fun doing it.

Learn the basic essential positions which includes different types of controlling positions, mounts and guards, escaping, attacking and defending from the mount and guard, Techniques such as throws, joint locks, arm bar, leg bar, reversal moves and chokes are taught.

Experience a total body exercise. Kicking & punching techniques with hitting bags, shields and partners drills, strength training with light weights. This is a fun and exciting way to get in shape while learning basic self-defense skills. Kicking – Punching- Elbow strikes Blocking & knee strikes in a combination will make you experience Aerobics and cardio workout, light weights strength training, floor exercises and bag workout. This class is done with full motivation and great zeal.
